A day paced around you
Set your own rhythm: a hushed morning, an unhurried lunch, a late table, a fortunate night.
Private Pools
Two infinity pools, four heated plunge pools, sixteen cabanas, and a private beach with chilled towel service throughout the day. Children under sixteen are welcome only in the family pool — the others stay quiet by design.
Five-Star Amenities
VIP lounges, a 2,400 m² spa, an indoor and outdoor pool, a private beach club, and a service ratio of nearly two staff to every guest. Your suite is not merely a room. It is a small domain with a doorbell.
Sunset Terraces
Three open-air dining levels facing west, arranged so that no two tables ever look straight at each other. Golden hour here runs about forty minutes. We have tuned the menu, the music, and the lighting around it for years.
VIP Gaming
High-stakes tables in private salons, no onlookers, no cameras, no hurry. Personal hosts arrange transfers, dinner, and discretion. Membership is by invitation, though a single weekend stay is often enough to earn one.
Plates drawn from the season, not a fixed card.
Our kitchen follows what the coast brings each morning. The menu shifts weekly; the standard does not.
Raised one room at a time.
When we opened in 1994 we held six rooms, a kitchen, and a single rule: guests are not revenue units, they are people we have asked into our home. 32 years later we have 110 keys, four restaurants and a casino floor — and that rule has not shifted an inch.
There is a right way to do this work and a wrong one. Over 32 years we chose one path and held to it. Every member of our team — from the front desk to the kitchen porters — has been selected, trained and retained because they share the same sense of what good looks like. No building produces that alone. It comes from people.
We hope you will come and judge for yourself. And, when you do, we hope you will tell us where we fell short, so the next 32 years improve on the last.
